About a month after the Department of Commerce determined that Chinese gas powered pressure washers are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and subsidized by the Government of China, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) determined last week that the U.S. gas powered pressure washer industry "is materially injured by reason of" these dumped/subsidized imports.
