Today, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) concluded its trade barriers investigation on the European Union's practice of Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR) investigations, reaching an affirmative finding that a trade barrier exists. A summary of the ruling is provided below. The next step in terms of a Chinese government response, however, is unclear.
