Beijing High Court Clarifies Rules on Punitive Compensation in IP Infringement

Network service providers (NSP) will jointly bear the punitive compensation liability in some intellectual property infringing cases, Beijing High People's Court said recently. It also set forth more specific rules on the calculation of punitive damages.
