Biden Administration Sides with Plaintiffs Seeking Injunction in Florida Real Estate Restriction Case

In late May, a group of Chinese citizens filed a lawsuit challenging a Florida law that discriminates against Chinese citizens in real estate purchases, and then in early June they asked for a preliminary injunction enjoining the state of Florida from implementing and enforcing the law. The Biden administration has now filed a brief in support of their position.
