In a surprising turn of events given the state of China-U.S. trade relations at the moment, China has renewed export licenses for U.S. pork and poultry facilities that were set to expire last weekend. On the other hand, it did not renew the licenses of hundreds of U.S. beef exporters, leaving them in an uncertain position.
