China-South Africa Sign Agreements on Energy, Investment, and Trade

Chinese President Xi Jinping had a state visit to South Africa this week. After a meeting between the leaders of the two countries, the two sides signed multiple agreements on energy, investment, and trade. China agreed to donate energy power equipment and provide a grant of approximately US$27 million to help South Africa to deal with its energy crisis.
