China Starts Expiry Review on Steel Anti-Dumping Measures

China's Ministry of Commerce recently started an expiry review on anti-dumping measures on stainless steel billet and hot-rolled stainless steel plates /coils from the EU, UK, South Korea, and Indonesia, while letting the measures on Japan, which were disputed at the WTO, expire.
