China Updates WTO on Its Countervailing Duty Actions
Pursuant to Article 25.11 of the SCM Agreement, China recently provided its semi-annual report of its countervailing duty actions, covering the period July 1 – December 31, 2020 (WTO document G/SCM/N/371/CHN).
In an annex to the report, China provided the following table of the six definitive countervailing measures it had in force as of December 31, 2020:
