Chinese Company Continues Legal Push on UFLPA Listing

In the U.S. federal court challenge to a U.S. government decision to include them on the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, Chinese company Ninestar and its subsidiaries have now filed their reply to the U.S. brief that argued for dismissal of the case and denial of the injunction requested by the companies.
