Commerce Department To Undertake Anti-Circumvention Investigation Related to AD/CVD Orders on Photovoltaic Cells and Modules from China

The U.S. Commerce Department has decided to initiate an inquiry into whether solar products from China are circumventing existing anti-dumping/countervailing duties.
