Last week, the leaders of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party sent a letter to U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer and the heads of several other agencies, urging them to take additional action, including a self-initiated Section 301 investigation, against China's transshipment schemes to circumvent U.S. tariffs and other measures.
