Congressional Hearing on DFC, MCC Touches on China Competition Issues

A House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing yesterday on the Biden Administration’s FY23 Budget Request for the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) discussed a number of issues related to the role of these agencies in countering China.
