EU Anti-Dumping Duties on Sodium Cyclamate from China Extended after Expiry Review

Last week, the EU issued a decision that extends existing anti-dumping duties on sodium cyclamate from China (and Indonesia as well). As part of its reasoning in the case, the European Commission considered the role of the CCP in the management of the Chinese companies under investigation in the context of the normal value calculation.
