China's ninth WTO Trade Policy Review is taking place on July 17 and 19. As part of these WTO reviews, the government being reviewed submits a "policy statement," the WTO Secretariat issues a report, and other governments comment on and ask questions about the reviewed Member's trade policies. This piece summarizes the policy statement submitted by China.
