The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has announced a settlement with U.S. importers that were accused of mis-stating the tariff classification of Chinese chain saw chains and blades in order to avoid the high Section 301 tariffs imposed by the Trump administration and continued under the Biden administration.
