USITC Finds Threat of Injury, Commerce Department Finds Dumping for Mobile Access Equipment from China

Based on affirmative determinations from both the U.S. Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission (USITC), the United States will soon impose anti-dumping duties on certain mobile access equipment (e.g. boom lifts, scissor lifts, and material telehandlers) and subassemblies thereof from China, which will be in addition to previously imposed countervailing duties.
