On Friday, new information from the U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) on the export licensing outcomes in early 2022 for sales to Chinese companies on the entity list was made public, and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul continued his criticism of the BIS practice on licensing approvals.
