China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has unveiled a unified list of dual-use items subject to export controls, marking a significant step in streamlining the country's export control regime. The new list, which will take effect on December 1, 2024, aims to consolidate existing regulations and align China's export controls with international standards.
