China's comprehensive Export Control Law was implemented in December 2020, but concrete enforcement data remains scarce, as the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has yet to release official enforcement statistics. However, a recent analysis of customs decisions offers a glimpse into decisions related to export controls, including some under this Law.
