Senator Rubio Says DFC Should Focus on Countering China's BRI

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) sent a letter yesterday to the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), criticizing the DFC for focusing on progressive goals and ignoring its mission of "counter[ing] the Chinese Communist Party’s Belt and Road Initiative."
