The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a notice that it has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge's initial determination "granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation based on a settlement agreement." The investigation is therefore "terminated in its entirety." The settlement and patent license agreement can be found in this document.
