At a hearing of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission today, a panel on "U.S. Trade Strategy to Address China’s Nonmarket Practices" examined the issue of whether the U.S. should withdraw Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) for China and also discussed whether China was complying with its WTO obligations.
