U.S. Commerce Department Issues Preliminary Determinations in Solar Circumvention Inquiry

Last week, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary determinations in the circumvention inquiries of solar cells and modules from China where the products were exported to the United States from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
