U.S. Court Rejects Chinese Telecom Providers' Appeal

In an opinion issued yesterday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit upheld the decision by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to revoke the authority of Pacific Networks Corp. and ComNet (USA) LLC to provide domestic interstate and international telecommunications services within the United States.
