In a letter to Chinese Ambassador Li Chenggang, Deputy U.S. Trade Representative and Ambassador María Pagán asked about opening the WTO panel meeting to the public and making its written submissions available in the WTO dispute on the Inflation Reduction Act EV subsidies.
