U.S. Senators Complain to Biden Administration about China’s "Manipulation" of USMCA

In a letter to the Biden administration this week, a bipartisan group of U.S. Senators pressed the administration to prevent Chinese firms from making investments in Mexico so as to avoid tariffs imposed on imports from China.
