At a Senate Finance Committee hearing on U.S. trade policy today, U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai was asked about several China related trade issues: The Section 301 investigation on shipbuilding/maritime issues and use of Section 301 more generally; the review of the Section 301 tariffs on Chinese imports; and Chinese auto imports.
