UFLPA Developments: New Sectors Added, DHS Chief Comments

This week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as chair of the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force (FLETF), released an updated Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) strategy, and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas spoke at a think tank event on "New Frontiers in UFLPA Enforcement."
