The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced on Friday that it would review the Economic and Trade Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) (generally referred to as the "Phase One" agreement) to determine "whether the PRC is acting in accordance with the commitments it made in the agreement."
