WTO Committee Meeting Considers EU EV CVD Investigation, Transnational Subsidy Case

At the WTO Committee on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures meeting of October 28, 2024, for which the minutes were recently circulated, China raised concerns related to the EU's CVD investigation against Chinese electric vehicles (EVs) and Morocco brought up an EU investigation relating to "transnational subsidies" provided through the BRI.
