WTO Committee Meeting Considers U.S. Transnational Subsidy, Environment/Labor Rules

At the WTO Committee on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures meeting of October 28, 2024, for which the minutes were recently circulated, issues related to the treatment of transnational subsidies and weak labor rights and other protections in new U.S. countervailing duty regulations were considered.
